Downingtown West Whippets Wrestling Schedules

All wrestlers planning to participate in the 2025-26 wrestling season are strongly recommended to attend pre-season practices at West.

• DECEMBER 5- (JV)- Chest-Mont League JV Tournament- Exton Mall/old HM/Turks Head Wrestling Room

• DECEMBER 6 -(V)- Chest-Mont League Tournament - West Chester Rustin- TICKET LINK -9am start, 4:30 placement rounds.

• DECEMBER 12-13- (V & JV)- Pennstro Leasing Kick-Off Classic - Cumberland Valley High School - Hotel provided- Wrestling starts at 4:30pm on Friday, for Varsity and normally goes till at least 9 or 10pm. Wrestling begins at 9am, on Saturday, for both Varsity and JV.  Placement rounds start around 3pm. Brackets on TRACK WRESTLING- Search Pennstro Leasing Kick-Off Classic.

• DECEMBER 20-21-(V)- Beast of the East - University of Delaware- Tournament Information and TICKETS

• DECEMBER 20 (JV)- Garnet Valley Tournament

• DECEMBER 27-28 - (V & JV)- Trojan Wars - Chambersburg High School - Hotel provided

  • Saturday- 10am Varsity Starts (12 mats), 5pm MS Starts (12 mats)

  • Sunday- 8am- JV Wrestling Starts (12 mats), 9am HS Varsity Consy Rounds, 9:30 MS Consy rounds, 6:30 Finals

• January 7- (V & JV)- West -vs- West Chester East (away)- JV 6:30pm, Varsity 7:00pm.

• JANUARY 10- (V some JV) Big Red Duals - Souderton High School: 625 Lower Rd, Souderton, PA 18964- Start time: 9:15am

• January 14- (V & JV)- West -vs- Avon Grove (home)- JV 6:30pm, Varsity 7:00pm. Senior Night LIVE STREAM

• JANUARY 17 - (V & JV)- Blue and White Duals - Exeter High School

• January 21- (V & JV)- West -vs- West Chester Henderson (away)- JV 6:30pm, Varsity 7:00pm.

• January 24- Chester Count Challenge- V, JV works at our the home hosted event for MS wrestlers.

• January 28- (JV, Girls & V)- West -vs- Coatesville at home (away)- JV 6:30pm, Varsity 7:00pm.

• FEBRUARY ? - (JV)- Possible Haverford JV Tournament, Haverford High School, 9am

• February 4- (V & JV)- West -vs- Downingtown East (home)- JV 6:30pm, Varsity 7:00pm. Community Night, DMS, Thunder and Alumni recognition LIVE STREAM

• FEBRUARY ? - (JV)- Possible North Penn, North Penn High School

• FEBRUARY 14 - (V & JV)- Whippet Duals - Downingtown West High School- $10 Adult Admission, volunteers needed
